By downloading, installing, or using the HasselCast media player application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Software.
HasselCast is a local media player application for smart TVs. It allows users to play their own personally owned media files – including videos, music, and photos – from USB drives, external hard drives, or local network storage (SMB/DLNA servers).
HasselCast does NOT provide, stream, or include any media or content. The Software does not connect to any external streaming services or content providers. All media files remain on your local devices and are never transmitted over the internet.
To use HasselCast, you must activate the Software on your device using a 6-character activation code. This code verifies your license and enables playback functionality. Activation codes are provided after purchase.
You agree to use HasselCast only for playing media files that you legally own or have explicit permission to use. You may NOT use this Software to play copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have permission from the rights holder.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to play any media file using HasselCast. HasselCast assumes no responsibility for the legality of your media files.
HasselCast does NOT support M3U playlists, IPTV streaming, or any internet-based content delivery. This Software is designed for offline, local playback only.
HasselCast offers paid licenses for the following terms:
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. License fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. HasselCast does not automatically renew subscriptions.

The HasselCast Software, including all code, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of HasselCast and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HASSELCAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES OR FILE FORMATS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASSELCAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. HASSELCAST'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.
HasselCast reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where our business is located at 3215 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
